KANALBYEN
MIDDAY
New day, new district: head to Kanalbyen (The
Canal District). One of the best ways to experience
the area’s unique DNA is on foot. The architecture
walk (1.5 km) leads you through modern buildings
where community, climate and history are
re昀氀ected in the façades. The colourful art walk
(1.8 km) takes you past 昀椀ve large-scale works, all
created speci昀椀cally for Kanalbyen.
AFTERNOON
Spend the afternoon at the top of Det Hvide
Vandtårn (The White Water Tower) on Fredericia
Vold. From here, you’ll enjoy views across Lillebælt
– perfect for a break with a packed lunch. Be sure
to explore the tower’s engaging exhibition as well.

EVENING
Round off the cultural experience on the
Fredericia Beerwalk. For 150 DKK, you’ll visit
bars, cafés and restaurants around the city,
enjoying the taste of a carefully selected beer
at each stop. Skål!
